Return Policy
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction. That means you can return any item within 30 days of receiving your package for a refund or replacement. All returns must include the packing slip and be returned with the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
To initiate the return process, kindly email return@kenlures.com to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please note the reason for the return in your email so that we can improve our products and customer service.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped from one of our two distribution centers. Our distribution centers are located in the United States and Singapore. In most cases, customers in North and South America will receive packages from our United States distribution center. Orders placed in Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa will most likely come from our Singapore distribution center.

Our shipping options are simple: The United States Postal Service provides all shipping in North and South America, and any other country is serviced by Singapore Post.
